This module will cover biosecurity basics so you can help protect your feedlot from biosecurity risks.

• Gain a clear understanding of biosecurity and its impact on your feedlot and the industry.
• Explore the Biosecurity System, including roles and responsibilities during an emergency animal disease incursion.
• Identify potential biosecurity risks and how they may enter and spread on your feedlot.
• Understand the purpose of a biosecurity management plan and its role in protecting your feedlot.
• Learn how to complete a biosecurity management plan for NFAS accreditation.
