*Feedlot Fundamental Courses are currently free to enrol in. Prices will increase to $100 + GST/course effective 31 January, 2025 for those without a subscription. ALFA is offering a 50% introductory discount on all subscriptions until June 30, 2025.

There are three ways to access:

  1. Feedlot TECH Lite – A limited range of entry level courses across the different training areas as well as the various MLA courses will remain free to enrol in. Check the website for the full list of courses remaining free of charge.  
  2. Pay-as-you-go – For those who don’t need a subscription, you can opt to pay as you go. All Feedlot TECH online courses, except those listed as a free course, are available to enrol in for $100 + GST per person (this equates to approx. 1 hour of learning time). This could be a good option for those with a business need of enrolling in 11 or less online courses a year for staff.  
  3. Annual subscription – For those who have a greater demand for staff training in the fundamentals of lot feeding throughout the year. A subscription provides all staff under the feedlot site access to all Feedlot TECH training, as well as access to the monthly group training sessions (registration fee per session of $300 + GST is waved for subscribers).

To gain access to the full suite of online courses for you and your staff, consider purchasing an annual subscription. It’s a cost-effective way to include training in feedlot fundamentals into your staff onboarding and upskilling program.

Subscription renewal occurs on 1 July, each year. The package can be added upon ALFA Membership application for new members, or at renewal time for current members.
